At RowCo Outfitters, we want you to love what your kids wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Returns (7-Day Policy)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging

Any returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • Store Credit, OR
  • Product Exchange (same item or different item of equal value)

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect item received

If you wish to exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 7 days

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
